Do not compare refresh rate alone
A 165 Hz or 240 Hz label tells you little about colour quality, motion response, brightness, HDR capability or input selection. Read the complete specification and independent measurements when possible. For work monitors, USB-C power delivery and a built-in hub may save more money than a slightly lower panel price.
